This is great. Has anyone on the net likened the witch hunt of Williams to that of Albus Dumbledore in the Harry Potter series?

I like that analogy very much! Certainly Rowan Williams is well-meaning and wishing to give Muslims their due culturally, socially and politically. Yes, he is even a kind of Christ figure in modern Britain, I believe, inadvertently crucified for thinking outside the box and daring to challenge the status quo, again inadvertently. He’s a brilliant man who some deliberately misunderstand and whom sharks go after because they think they think they can get away with it. But then extending the analogy, how is Hogwarts comparable to the Church of England today?
