Next Friday night 3/7/08 at 7:00 pm, please join us for another gathering to discuss the works of Rob Bell. This week, we are going to meet at mine and Terri’s house and we invite you to bring your favorite Asian fare to share.

Terri and I will take care of drinks and dessert.

Rob has a great NOOMA video called “NOISE” (go to www.nooma.com for a clip) and it supports some of chapter 4 which we read last night in the book “Velvet Elvis”. After the video, we can dive in and discuss some of the questions about the “noise” in our lives, and help each other discover ways to carve out that quiet time for prayer, meditation, etc.

Here’s directions to our house:

On Hwy 231 go to East Prospect Road. If coming from the south turn right/ from the north turn left (going east). Go about 3 miles … go past the logging plant and the very next subdivision (Willowbrook Farms) is ours. Turn right into the subdivision, go to the second road on the right (Summerfield Road), turn onto it. Our house is at the top of the hill on the right. # 7. If you get lost and need directions, just call our home number 931/438-8173.

Also, please let me know if you are planning to come so we can prepare for dessert and drinks. Terri and I are looking forward to seeing you all next week!

Location: 43 Clayton Acres Rd. Fayetteville, TN. Our reflection starts at 7pm and the discussion after that. If you’re planning on coming, please call Eric at 239-272-6131 or email at cootees0@sewanee.edu. Peace all!
